YHTD double shell multistage insulation pump

Pump type is double shell, radial split, multi-stage two-end supported pump (barrel type pump)

Applications: power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas treatment plants, water injection on offshore or land platforms, crude oil transportation

Design features:
Flange complies with ANSI /DIN/ISO standards
Mechanical seal design according to ISO21049 (API682)
The rotors are designed in series or back-to-back form
Under low NPSHa conditions, the first stage double suction impeller or induction wheel structure can be used
For large-size pumps, the entire internal assembly unit can be disassembled with the bearing housing and mechanical seal housing, and installed as a whole after maintenance, saving maintenance time
Self-lubricated and forced-lubricated bearing designs are available and additional lubricant systems are selected
The balance of axial force can be balanced by symmetrical arrangement of balance drum or impeller
