YJ-M-GY Series

YJ-M-GY series machine seals are designed for high temperature and high pressure conditions and have been proven safe and reliable.
The auxiliary seal of this series adopts the form of end seal, which greatly improves the pressure bearing capacity, and selects high material raw materials to withstand high temperature. Applicable to oil and gas, chemical industry, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, food, nuclear power, ships, water treatment, military and so on.

Applicable working conditions:
◉ Temperature: minimum -80℃, maximum 300℃
◉ Pressure: 0 to 6.0MPa
◉ Speed: ≤ 6000 r/min

Material selection:
◉ Seal end face: antimony-impregnated graphite - silicon carbide/cemented carbide
◉ Elastic components: 304/316/17-7, etc
◉ Auxiliary seal: fluoro rubber/PTFE/etc

The above materials can be provided, and the design scheme can be customized if the working condition has special requirements.
