Functions:
1, although the high-pressure water in the pump has been sealed, it will still have a certain pressure, in order to prevent the water in the pump body from leaking through the gap between the pump shaft and the seal, the water source is used as the sealing water by the pump outlet or the debrine pipe;
2, the role of heat exchange, the use of water pump heat exchange device, the cold or hot circulating water and the need to cool or heat up the material through the heat conduction medium for heat exchange, cold and hot water can be recycled;
3, the medium in the pump body is water with a certain temperature, the high temperature water in the pump body will pass the heat to the bearing through the pump shaft or pump body metal, so that the bearing temperature rises, in order to solve the heat transfer, so the mechanical seal water also plays a cooling role;
4, the role of washing, the use of the fluidity and solubility of the medium water, the purification of the treated material, so that the purified material is water immiscible, and can quickly settle, and the impurities in the purified material is water-soluble, the washing water can be reused until saturation.
