YJ-M-CL series

YJ-M-CL series machine seal is series mechanical seal.
The series seal adopts double end design, mechanical seal has two end seals, if the primary seal fails, the secondary seal can still be sealed to prevent leakage. In contrast to the back-mounted double end seal, there is no requirement for the pressure of the flushing medium in series. Suitable for strong corrosion, high temperature, flammable, volatile and other conditions.

Applicable working conditions:
◉ Temperature: minimum -80℃, maximum 250℃
◉ Pressure: 0 to 3.0MPa
◉ Speed: ≤ 6000 r/min

Material selection:
◉ Seal end face: antimony-impregnated graphite - silicon carbide/cemented carbide
◉ Elastic components: 304/316/17-7, etc
◉ Auxiliary seal: fluoro rubber/PTFE/etc

The above materials can be provided, and the design scheme can be customized if the working condition has special requirements.
